I am an individual and family therapist that works primarily with adolescents, young adults and adults. My practice integrates traditional psychotherapy with a myriad of techniques to help clients channel their inner strength and make positive and desired changes in their lives. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) while also utilizing mindfulness, strengths-based and eclectic approaches to therapy. I am extremely passionate about working with adolescents, young adults and adults dealing with life transitions, relationship, peer issues and failure to launch.
My practice is focused on treating teens, families, young adults and adults who may be facing challenges in their personal, professional, or social life. I have worked successfully with people experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, adjustment-related difficulties, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and peer related issues.
My approach is warm and attentive, going above and beyond to meet my clients where they are. Rapport with a therapist is extremely important and I strive to create a safe space where my clients feel comfortable to share and evolve. It is a big step to come to therapy, and I applaud you. I look forward to working with you... and together.
