Hi there, I would be honored to help you through your own journey! My primary objective is to provide a safe space for people to process their thoughts and emotions. With empathy, empowerment, and care, I help my clients grow, heal, and create the life they want to live as they work towards their goals. Through a person-centered approach, we will work together to create a plan that fits your unique needs and desires. I have expertise in co-occurring disorders, addiction counseling, emotion-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am a EMDR therapist and wrok with trauma. I offer spanish session as well as English.
I work with people seeking individual therapy and family therapy. I am fluent in English and Spanish, and can offer sessions in either language. I am EMDR trained and offer EMDR sessions for PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression. I am eager to give back to the community and work with clients in need. I am currently taking clients both virtually and in person.
I am a APC and am under the supervision of Tara Towler Cumby, LPC, CPCS.
