I’m a psychotherapist with over 17 years of experience working with Adults, Couples and Groups. Additionally, I have been practicing yoga and mindfulness for 25 years and refining the utilization of these techniques in psychotherapy. As a trauma informed therapist, I consider your whole person, brain, mind-body and nervous system. Similarly, I bring my whole self, my attunement and intuition into our work together. I believe (and research backs this up) that the most important element to successful treatment is the relationship between a therapist and client.
My approach is holistic and integrative, drawing from insight oriented, skills based, somatic and experiential modalities. Developing curiosity and self compassion are the most common tools that people benefit from working with me.
