People often come to me during life transitions when they feel anxious and overwhelmed. Together we explore and develop more self awareness that leads to greater self acceptance and purposeful decision making. I work with Individuals and Couples to heal from traumas, process grief, work through shame and self judgment, improve relationships, manage career challenges. Additionally I have a special interest in working with parents during postpartum and beyond.
I'm a long time practitioner of mindfulness and yoga and incorporate these approaches to help you develop your capacity to be more present, have self compassion and curiosity. Our work will involve developing a mind-body connection where we will feel and explore emotions that are often hard to access on your own. I offer EMDR and other somatic techniques.
We'll build upon your strengths and work toward learning to trust your intuition through the process of self validation.
