DO YOU WISH FOR MORE PEACE AND ACCEPTANCE? HAVE YOU WANTED TO LEARN JUST THE BASICS OF MINDFULNESS. This is a one hour group for 3 weeks. It is an introduction to the many practices of mindfulness. Each week will cover a basic mindfulness meditation; to include mindfulness of breath, mindfulness of body and mindfulness of eating. The cost $75 for all 3 sessions. Contact Meika if interested.

Dream Group
Explore dreams in a dream community. The format follows Robert Moss. This included how to record the dreams, how to share them, how to give dream feedback and how to bring the dream to daily life. 6-month commitment. I have an online dream also available, but participation requires a direct consultation with me first.
