I work with clients to build coping skill and strategy, strengthen communication techniques, and reduce symptoms associated with mood concerns and/or traumatic experiences. Over the course of my career, I’ve developed skill in helping clients through individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, navigating challenging organizational systems, and self-advocacy work. I'm University of Chicago trained with professional experiences including Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Prentice Women's Hospital and Northwestern University.
