My own mental health journey has led me on a path to help others in a deeply understanding way that only comes from lived experience. My areas of special interest are new parents, women's mental health, religious trauma, and LGBTQ+ affirming care.
Lifespan Integration Therapy is a gentle method which works on a deep neural level to change patterned responses and obsolete defensive strategies. LI therapy helps people connect feelings and patterns with memories of past events from which these feelings and strategies originated. LI helps clients grow more aware of themselves in both mind and body.
