No two clients are the same and I don't believe in a one-size fits all approach. I utilize a variety of approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy to tailor a treatment plan for you. I have specialty training in grief work and am also passionate about helping women navigate life’s challenges.
