Currently I have Immediate availability - It is difficult to ask for help. Taking the step to engage in therapy is one of courage and vulnerability. My experience includes working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and stress. I work to meet each person where they are in order to provide the best support and interventions for them.
This is Eddie. He is a certified therapy dog through PAWS for People. If I return to in person sessions he joins in.
To help each person develop coping skills, process stressors and concerns, and aid in self-discovery, I use talk therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, CBT, Motivational interviewing and client-centered, strength based approaches. I use a mix of approaches that together are best suited for each person I work with, as no two people are the same.
Change & growth can be uncomfortable, but along the way to self-discovery & growth, we will work together to find ways to embrace the discomfort & continue to support your forward progress. My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space allowing you to be yourself and grow, & maybe have a bit of fun too! Text and email are the best way to reach me.
