If you are looking for a safe space to explore your gender or sexuality, manage anxiety or heal trauma, continue reading. In our sessions you will have a non-judgmental space to work on these issues as we partner to find solutions for you. If you are experiencing grief or loss, we can process and find tools to help you get through it. If you are struggling with your self-image, I will help you look for your truth. I also provide LCSW supervision and enjoy providing therapy to other therapists.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker and certified clinical trauma professional who has extensive training in treating anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues and PTSD. I am a client-centered therapist who believes the client/therapist relationship is the basis for healing to take place. I use an eclectic blend of evidence-based techniques such as EMDR, DBT, CBT and MBSR.
I know it's hard to decide you are going to begin therapy. I view therapy as a partnership on your journey to healing and self-discovery. I see you as a person who is working through issues but is not defined by what has happened to them. I will use a holistic approach to make sure that we are addressing your symptoms and not just your diagnosis.
