I have 4 years of experience in the therapeutic space; assisting, guiding, joining and believing in my clients to reach their goals and potential. I have lived my professional career over the last 14 years, in wonder and amazement at the true power that comes from believing in our worth as humans. I want to teach people what's right with them, as they have been hearing for years all that is 'wrong' with them. I want to assist you in changing the language around who you are and what you're here for.
I desire fully, to assist you in coming back home to yourself, to the personhood of your body as he/she/or they have been carrying you through life. We've grown to know that this life can be really painful at times, and we need our people to remind us of our worth in the midst of it all and that we can feel everything and still be okay.
I use an eclectic approach to therapy, centering you as the focus. I see through a psychodynamic lens and help you answer the 'why's' to life that are uniquely yours to answer. I will never claim to know your answers, but I will lead you back to the only one that can formulate one- which is yourself. I am passionate about the work we can do together!
