I provide psychotherapy to teens and adults who may be experiencing behavioral and emotional issues, depression, anxiety, trauma and relational issues. Impulse control is the number one predictor of success, use mindfulness to harness this! I offer dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), a cognitive behavioral approach to learning skills to cope with intense emotions, and an emphasis on mindfulness. We can explore how your body manages these emotions through sensorimotor techniques.
