Neurodivergent Young Adults

This group is for young adults with some type of neurodiversity (e.g. ASD, ADHD, etc.). Group members can expect to show up, be themselves, build strengths, connect with others, and learn and practice new skills. Goals are to build self confidence, reduce social anxiety, learn how to address and resolve conflicts, and embrace/celebrate our unique identities and neurotypes. The group meets the 2nd and 4th Monday or each month from 6-7 PM. Dates for summer of 2024: 6/10, 6/24, 7/8, 7/22, 8/12, 8/26. The cost is $30 per client, per session.
