Moreover, I appreciate the need for efficient, cost-effective treatment, beginning with a focus on behavioral change and moving into analysis of emotion, thoughts, and past experiences only as needed.
A straight-forward and pragmatic therapist, I treat clients as equals, always considering their input while providing a safe space in which they feel supported and accepted. While I ultimately hold clients accountable for the change they seek, I see myself as a provider of information and a facilitator of new experiences to help them grow and explore.
