I am a mental health counselor who provides therapy services to clients as they choose to become healthier versions of the humans they are. I have worked with a wide range of concerns including PTSD, depression, anxiety, psychosis, & family/relationship difficulties. I enjoy the complexities that humans offer and the way that emotions can be uncovered through processing together in a safe space. My practice is all inclusive and my deepest hope is for everyone who enters to feel safe and welcomed in my presence. Many of us have different styles of learning, therefore I always practice person-centered therapy with your needs in mind.
Within my therapeutic approach, I include CBT, strengths-based, and motivational interviewing skills. I am laid back and human. I enjoy building the therapy relationship to a place where I can directly challenge you when needed. I am a registered Suicide Bereavement Clinician and have experience with clients who have suicidal ideation/intent/plan.
