Maybe you’re here as a mom struggling with all of the adjustments postpartum, you’re a dad feeling more irritable than you’d like, you’re crying or worrying a lot, having difficulty bonding with your baby, missing your independence, finding it hard to make time for your own needs, experienced a loss or scary birth, or you don't feel like yourself as an expectant parent, a new parent, or an experienced parent. We tend to have many expectations about parenthood and need help adjusting when things don’t go to plan.
As a therapist specializing in perinatal mental health, I can help you move through the emotional complexities of parenthood. I’m here to provide hope & work with you to create a path forward using practical & emotional tools. My goal is for you to flourish in each aspect of your identity and to feel more connected & grounded and less burdened & overwhelmed.

Virtual 6-week group: Moms Who Struggle with Perfectionism and Feeling "Not Good Enough." You're a mom who worries about doing parenting "right", thinks you're not "enough", struggles with decision-making, or feels overwhelmed with all of the transitions in parenthood. You'll gain support from other moms who feel similarly & you'll learn and skills for managing these concerns from a licensed therapist specializing in perinatal wellness.
