I specialize in all type of Anxiety. Anxiety can be triggered by something very specific (phobia) or general or as a result of an event (trauma). It can also take place subsequent to a relational trauma after a death, illnesses or on-going conflict. Traumas can also be less dramatic and look very everyday.
