As a licensed clinical social worker I have used my work to focus on the complex needs of women and young people in a time when the world feels overwhelming. It can feel that there is never the right, or enough, time to focus on our true selves. A universal truth is that once we start to make space for ourselves, within ourselves, time becomes more precious. We start to see the value in true self care and taking time and space for ourselves. Together, we will use a solution focused approach to help you feel empowered and move your life in a more positive direction.
I offer a safe space to land. A space where you can tell your story and identify areas of growth and skills to help you reach your safest, highest self. I have more than 10 years of trauma informed work experience as well as a general interest in working to break the cycles of generational trauma so many women face.
