Women Support Groups
Support Group sessions are designed to support, encourage and strengthen each individual member in their unique life situations and promote self-care, self-love and healing. These groups address issues such as: depression, daily stressors, anxiety, relationship problems, grief, divorce, practical life issues, etc. These groups will be 1st/3rd Friday evenings@ 5:30PM. Domestic Violence Support Groups
Support Group sessions are designed to provide support, encourage and strengthen each individual member in their unique life situations around domestic violence, while promoting safety and healing. These groups address issues such as: domestic relationship problems, coping and healing process, safety plan, etc. These groups will be 2nd/4th Friday evenings@ 5:30PM. Marriage/Couples Support Group
Couples Counseling group focus on providing an outlet for couples to discuss relationship dynamics that explore impeding factors, challenges, intimacy concerns, and differences of values/cultures/belief systems that causes conflict, etc in their relationship. This group will help with problem solving and communication skills within the relationships, while exploring essential relationship needs and providing support within the group dynamic. Counseling approach: Didactic and collaborative "Groups will begin March 2024. Please call if interested. Max group capacity (6) couples.
