My clients are on Medicare, are 65 or older, and have access to a smart device. They will be seen by Telehealth exclusively, and are from the state of Texas. Medicare clients across Texas who have a smart phone, laptop, computer, or iPad can connect with me.Medicare clients often suffer from loneliness, grief, anxiety or depression. These can be formidable challenges and can lead to a steep reduction in ones quality of life. This is especially true for Medicare clients in the LGBTQ community. My research documented the lives of 16 transgender persons. I have extensive experience with the transmasculine and transfeminine communities.
I am a Certified Medicare Mental Health Provider in Texas. I see clients through Telehealth only, so anyone in Texas can have sessions in their home or wherever they choose. If you have a Medicare card, I will be able to see you. There are several difficulties that seniors face, among them are loneliness, grief, social isolation, depression and anxiety.
I bring nearly two decades of counseling and family therapy experience to my practice. I am also on Medicare and live many of the difficulties that my fellow seniors find nearly instrumental. My life experience and empathy are key to connection with seniors. I also have extensive experience with the LGBTQ communities.
