I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) clinical therapist. My therapeutic approach is rooted in psychodynamic psychotherapy and attachment-based therapy. These are used in conjunction with other forms of therapy, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Narrative Exposure Therapy. The goal of therapy is to increase self-awareness, enhance self-understanding, improve relationships, cultivate hope, promote empowerment, facilitate a corrective emotional experience and promote growth. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space for every client through unconditional positive regard, empathy, and compassion.
My specialty is PTSD and trauma. I offer individual therapy, clinical supervision, and trauma-informed clinical consultations. I offer a free 15-minute consultation for new clients.
