My approach is a systemic one. Providing a safe environment to examine and explore will allow the client to breathe. The process of greater self understanding will result in change if the client practices new ways of being.
I realize seeking therapy is hard. It involves courage and faith, trust and willingness. It has been my experience that when clients have a safe space of exploration, they discover thoughts and feelings they didn't know they had.
