I use a combination of psychodynamic, attachment, and somatic approaches, tailored uniquely to each client that I work with. I will support you in developing insight and breaking through unconscious patterns, as well as moving beyond traditional talk therapy and incorporating the body.
I am trained in Brainspotting and Hakomi mindful somatic psychotherapy, highly effective trauma and body oriented modalities, and my background in Jungian/depth psychotherapy lays the groundwork to explore and integrate the shadow. I look forward to meeting you and journeying together!
