My passion is facilitating connection. There is so much pain and struggle that results from feeling disconnected from our partners and our families. Too often, the greatest pain is felt when we are disconnected from ourselves. This can show up in many ways: relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and more. Together, through the cultivation of conscious awareness and the building of new skills, we will locate your inner resiliency and use that to forge a path to a better life.

I work with adult individuals and couples who want to reconnect with themselves and their relationships. I strive to create a warm and supportive space where you can express yourself authentically. My approach is strengths-based, compassionate, frequently humorous, and often direct.
