It may be that your ADHD, anxiety or depression is in control of your life and making it difficult to complete simple tasks during the day. Your relationships don’t seem to work out. You lose control of your anger, driving others away, ultimately leaving you full of shame and alone. Or you have harmful emotions and/or behaviors that are running your life. I work exclusively with men to help them address the issues unique to them in order to achieve emotional maturity and lead full lives. I am also passionate about fly fishing, woodworking, and spending time with family and friends.
I believe counseling begins with a genuine, honest relationship. From there, using an integrative approach, including EMDR, we will the begin the hard work of getting to the root issue of what may need to be untangled in order to achieve your goals. With this approach, I have seen men achieve their counseling goals and move into a more fulfilling life.
