My work focuses on fostering in clients a mindful presence, attuned connection, conscious communication, and the sacred path of deep intimacy.

I value the power of of witnessing, empathizing and containing while my clients explore their shadow material that prevents them from living a fulfilling life. I provide insight with a collaborative spirit and support individuals to develop an authentic and gratifying intimacy with themselves.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I am flexible and have an inclusive approach to treatment, accommodating the therapeutic needs of clients. I incorporate techniques such as attachment-based theory, mindfulness, somatic perspectives, dreamwork, Jungian and imaginal methods. As a depth psychotherapist I am informed by art, literature, poetry and mythology.
