Coming to therapy is a brave step towards the life you want to live. Compassionately guiding you through life’s challenges is a passion of mine. I am a Middle Eastern queer therapist. I work from a trauma-informed, affirmative, and collective liberation lens. In working together, we will move through blocks and lean into what you are seeking out of therapy.
Therapy is a tool to help you manage uncomfortable feelings and to embrace changes that can feel out-of-reach sometimes. I look forward to getting to know you and providing support. My additional offerings include meditation, writing and poetry, and somatic tools.

Neurodiversity Group
This group is facilitated by me and Nido IFT. Emotional safety and respect are my priority as we build this space together. This is a process-oriented group, which means there will not be teaching or therapy led interventions. Instead, it will focus on the experience together, sharing with one another, and making connections. The intention for this group is to provide an environment for group members to share about their neurodivergent experiences, relate to others, and have the opportunity to build community in an environment that is celebratory and embracing uniqueness rather than promoting masking or perpetuating harm.
