Tapping these resources that we each have assists individuals in finding their "best self" and increases the ability to problem solve, cope with difficulties in life, build stronger and healthier relationships, and increase overall quality of life.
Although I specialize in women's issues and utilize a Feminist lens when working with individuals, I have experience in working with couples and men. My approach to therapy combines different schools of thought including: Narrative, Systems, and Feminist Theory. I also utilize a social justice perspective.
I believe our environments greatly affect our experiences. It is highly valuable to understand the impact sex, gender, class, race, and ability have on individuals, families, and communities. My practice approach is relational and open to other ways of knowing and understanding. I look forward to hearing from you!

Women's Interpersonal Process Group
This is a therapeutic processing group for those who identify as women. The group will focus on topics such as relationships, stress-reduction, connection, responses to society's expectations of women, shame resiliency, and more. This group will be to center women's narratives/stories and experiences and build and foster support through connection and discourse.
