When kids’ emotions are high, logic and language can be low, and when we can’t look to reason, we should look to connection. Through a lens of compassionate curiosity, I work to hold the space needed to explore heightened feelings/emotions. My passion is working with toddlers, children, adolescents, & young adult women seeking connection, balance, self-awareness, and healing when facing emotional/behavioral struggles, school-related issues, family/relationship challenges, life-transitions, and self-esteem. I believe every human, no matter how young, can find healing, but I'm here to walk alongside you or your child on your journey.
I want to help my clients process, sit with, and regulate emotions, identify beliefs, and manage symptoms through connection and creativity. I believe in the healing power of art and often use art- based modalities to help release, explore, & express feelings when words aren’t easily accessible/expressed, or when language skills are not fully developed.
