Learning how to skillfully cope with life and treat ourselves with kindness is a powerful component of healing. It is my steadfast intention to collaborate with clients to richly explore their hopes for change as well as to evaluate what may be challenging their access to such growth. I feel passionate about providing affirming support and honest insight for the individuals I work with. I hold hope for each of my clients that change is real and entirely possible.
I believe we are impacted by the beliefs of our local communities as well as the messages of our larger culture. Often the challenges tied up in life transitions and relationships can detach us from how we want to feel. It can be hard to find balance with food, our body, and daily life leading us to feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, and depressed.
