Most healing in life requires an integration of emotional, spiritual, relational and physical aspects of our lives. If we are created mind, body and spirit then an integrative approach is essential. Most of us lack the integrative tools to heal and to grow. My focus is on helping individuals and couples heal wounds and to break patterns that hinder growth and freedom. I believe many things in life hinder our ability to maintain healthy relationships and meet our goals. My job is to assist you in exploring these challenges while equipping you with new tools to grow and overcome barriers in healing.
With over 20 years of experience and training,I specialize in healing marital, trauma, family of origin, spiritual, parenting and addiction wounds. I have experience in working with individuals, couples and parents through many of the challenges and losses in life. As a sex therapist I have experience with intimacy incongruence, trauma and spiritual issues.
