Do you struggle with adjusting to the changes life is throwing at you? Do you feel overwhelmed with anxiety or grief and feel unsure of what is next for you? Do you wish that you felt more equipped to handle life's challenges and that you were supported as you process through them? So many women are dealing with anxiety, depression, and grief due to entering college, the working world, relational difficulties, or pregnancy and postpartum. Young adulthood can be a really difficult time of wondering who you are and what you're doing with your life.
I believe that support can make all the difference and that you can heal from your past and find hope for your future. I start by getting to know you as an individual. With space to process through difficult experiences, I offer a trauma-informed perspective that holds out hope for you and gives you skills you can take with you after you finish therapy.
Helping young women live full lives and know who they are despite challenges that inevitably come is my passion. I'll guide you as we possibly work through a loss, navigate boundary setting, or examine patterns of behavior that leave you feeling stuck. Call or email me for a free consultation and we'll take the first step together.
