Meditation Group

This group meets every few months on Sundays from 3 to 4:30. No previous experience with meditation required. The group setting offers an opportunity for those struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, and other symptoms and issues, to become aware of one's body and mind and find relaxation and connection with oneself and others.
