Together we will develop a personalized plan that fits your specific needs!

DBT Skills Group (In-person)
DBT skills provide the tools necessary to cultivate a more balanced and fulfilling life. In this closed 8 week course, members will learn and practice DBT skills in a creative, intimate, and interactive group setting. Attendees will read through a guided workbook, engage in art-based activities, and learn from top contributors in the field. Max attendees: 8, with weekly participation encouraged. Core skills emphasized: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Now accepting inquires for the fall group! Start date: September 5th- October 24th.
