I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, with 10 years of clinical experience in the mental/behavioral health field, working with children, adolescents, adults, & the elderly, with a variety of challenges and mental health illness. I utilize different treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, and many more based on the need of the client.
I work with clients who struggle with issues such as relational issues, experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, bipolar and other challenges. I enjoy working with adolescents in helping them with life difficulties during what may be the most vulnerable stage of their life. I also enjoy working with adults in helping guide them to self clarity.
I provide a neutral safe space for individuals, couples, family, & groups where the client is able to express their concerns & challenges, hence customized a treatment plan based on the client's needs.
