The demands of school, work, family and social relationships can be overwhelming for people of all ages. Societal pressures may add to our stress. We all need support as we navigate the different stages of our lives. We can get stuck, feel very low, or become increasingly anxious along the way. Children and adolescents may express or cope with these difficult emotions with troubling behavior. Parents often feel helpless or lost trying to support their children. Individual and family psychotherapy can help us better understand and manage our emotions, increase our sense of worth and control, and live a more fulfilling life.
I offer individual and family therapy to people of all ages. My speciality is working with teenagers. I provide a warm, safe, trusting environment where clients are invited to share their stories as we work collaboratively to address their emotional needs. I have extensive experience providing clinical supervision as well, and am a cofounder of BACC.
BACC is a small collective of diverse clinicians who bring a wealth of experience and expertise to our collaborative practice. BACC offers individual, dyadic, and family sessions for people of all ages.
