My practice is entirely remote, bringing convenience to the therapy experience. I conduct "face to face" sessions on a secure video platform that is similar to Skype, but HIPAA compliant. My counseling style is warm, open, and direct. I use authenticity, humor, empathy and compassion and offer a safe space for understanding, healing, and growth.
I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and women's issues. I offer all prospective clients a brief phone consultation to prospective clients in order to learn more about your interest in therapy and answer any questions you might have.
