Life stressors, life events or simply new seasons of life can slowly dissolve a relationship, if we are not prepared. Individuals can go on autopilot and feel completely comfortable doing the same things every day. Unfortunately, if those same things are not helpful for the relationship, they can cause a lot of damage without even realizing it. Many events such as an infidelity, financial hardships, parenting challenges, a new baby, job loss, mental health can affect the stability of a couple.

In my work with couples, I am hyper focused on understanding everyone's needs. I focus on creating a space where everyone feels heard and understood, not just by me, but most importantly, your partner. It is my goal that we highlight each perspective, each need, each hope and create a shared goal toward rebuilding the relationship.

Couples Therapy/Marriage Counseling can offer the space to be open and honest with each other, to share vulnerabilities, to learn how to communicate effectively, including arguing respectfully, and ultimately to create a deeper connection.
