Without action you will miss living your best life.My practice is geared towards women and young adults on a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues to name a few. I am here to support you on your journey to live a more authentic life. Creating a safe, non—judgmental space where you can tell your stories.
My approach is practical and solution focused. I see therapy as a collaboration between the therapist and the client. Perhaps, you're fixated on your past or the future, negative thoughts can have a strong impact on all aspect of our lives. As we work together in therapy, you may gain the confidence in yourself to live a meaningful life.
I also incorporate an integrative strength-based approach, helping to enhance self-esteem and empower individuals to reach their full potential. Evening & weekend appointments available.
