I help clients who have a long history of trauma, grief, and loss, experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in their symptoms using Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and an attachment-based, somatic approach to psychotherapy. I use trauma informed care to support you and will work with you to process emotions and address feelings of shame, anger and sadness so that you can better know and accept yourself. I will help you get in touch with your authentic self.
During our sessions, we'll work somatically-you'll tell me what you are feeling in your body, and I'll help you unpack the emotions and memories connected to these feelings. Throughout our work, we'll process your feelings to help you leave behind shame, grief, anger, despair and trauma, and gain a deep appreciation for your many strengths.
I strive to establish a strong relationship with you, so that you feel held and supported as your explore your feelings and become comfortable expressing your authentic self.
