My aim is to assist you in achieving personal and professional goals, by helping you to identify and address challenges, internal and external, that prevent you from connecting to and expressing your truest, most authentic self. Together we will focus on your unique history and attributes, and within this context, old patterns and present issues can unfold, be gently challenged, and brought into balance. Although I have received training in various treatment approaches (EMDR, EFT, CBT, IPT, Schema Therapy, etc.), I will attempt to integrate the best elements of each approach, tailoring the therapy to your individual needs.
Our group practice of psychologists has dedicated itself to understanding and navigating the ins and outs of health insurance. As a result, we are able to bill the insurance companies directly, whenever feasible, so that the client's co-payment is as manageable as possible.
