I have advanced training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). I integrate skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as well as mindfulness and somatic interventions. I am passionate about holistic wellness which means we discuss all different types of wellness and how it affects your mental health.
