Women's Online Therapy Group

In this group, women can explore and process difficulties in areas such as relationship with self and others, physical/medical concerns, grief, anxiety, and family dynamics. The group is open; therefore, new members can join at any time and be part of a cohesive and supportive environment that promotes self acceptance and self growth. We will be discussing, building, and solidifying coping skills, reframing opportunities, tuning into our emotions, and healthy boundaries, while gently challenging those obstacles and patterns to feel better.
