I believe you naturally have everything inside of you to live your best life, and I will walk beside you on your path to restoring personal peace and wellness. We will work from a holistic lens that includes gaining insight into your family system, understanding and leveraging your strengths, and developing self compassion. My counseling approach is person-centered which means I see every client as the person best-equipped to know the desired course of action for themselves, even if it is not readily apparent. I strive to develop a warm and nurturing relationship with my clients as I provide non-judgmental support.
I am especially interested in healing trauma (EMDR), couples work, and helping families improve relationships. I work with clients experiencing the effects of trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, relationship struggles, executive functioning, identity development, religious hurt, and grief. I integrate EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, and Gottman methods when appropriate.
