I specialize in couples counseling and individual counseling. Clients come to me to cope with trauma, improve their communication skills, and build coping mechanisms for anxiety, depression, and the challenges of everyday life. I utilize EMDR, mindfulness, and acceptance and committment therapy (ACT), among other theraputic tools.
