Social Skills Group for Adults
This support group provides a safe space for WOMEN who struggle with issues around eating, weight, body image and unmanageable thoughts and emotions. You will have the opportunity to explore your own concerns, learn from others and begin or continue to make cognitive and behavioral changes that enhance emotional learning and increase empowerment and self-care.
