PDG's Anger Management Program supports adults in managing anger constructively.
As a Certified Anger Management Specialist through the National Anger Management Association (NAMA), I will guide you in understanding and harnessing the power of your anger through an evidence-based curriculum and proven practices. Together, we will explore and learn how to master your anger's flame.
This 8-week live virtual class is for adults 21 years old & older who are voluntarily seeking help, legally mandated/recommended, spousal/partner recommended, or required by their employer. This program is not a psychotherapy group and doesn't meet the criteria for those seeking an Abuser Intervention Program.
