I'm pleased to offer teletherapy services to individuals, couples, and families (age 18+) in Virginia. I strive to ensure that therapy is a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space to work toward the changes you desire. With a warm and inviting style, and humor where appropriate, I take a very direct approach to therapy. This process works best when we are open and honest. Having a strong therapeutic relationship will cultivate an environment of unconditional positive regard and acceptance so the work toward change can begin. It is with care, compassion, and respect that I can cheerlead and challenge at the same time.
I can help with a variety of mental health issues by providing support and space for self-exploration, growth, and healing. I also enjoy helping couples strengthen their relationships and have special interest in non-traditional relationships (ENM, poly). I also proudly serve and support those in the LGBTQIA+ community for individual and couples therapy.
I’m nearly two decades into my career and I'm still excited, surprised, and humbled by the work.
