My experience has been extensively with relationship issues, medical concerns, depression, anxiety, health and weight, chronic pain, pregnancy related issues, family of origin issues, trauma, and much more. I am not a good match for those who experience chronic suicidal ideation, psychosis, severe addictions to substances, or self-injury.
There are a lot of therapists out there, yet it's not easy finding someone you might feel comfortable with. I'm faith based, clinically informed, and no nonsense in style.
