Using common sense and cognitive behavioral techniques, we focus on how to communicate, when to discipline, who makes decisions, building self control, aim to save relationships and encourage school success. Evaluation of the child's environment is a must to include trust, emotional support, and respect. The goal is to correct and change problem behaviors that disrupt family harmony. Single, divorced, or married parents accepted.

Court approved or volunteer anger management classes with completion certificate based on the number of classes you need. No books to buy. Anger management is NOT about not getting angry. It's about managing appropriately the normal feelings you are experiencing. Come express yourself and learn some healthy coping mechanisms. Individual tutoring also available. If not for yourself, then send your teenager!
