I specialize in issues such as anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship struggles, exploring sexual orientation/expression, religious trauma, and those in the LGBTQIA+ community. My job as a therapist is to support, engage with empathy and wonder, offer hope, and acknowledge the stories and experiences clients express as they reflect.
By implementing multiple theories, I adjust my style according to what feels best for our work together. I utilize narrative therapy, internal family systems, solution focused therapy, and a feminist and trauma informed lens.
